Well the young Frenchman snuck off to Blackpool on Friday and signed a a season long loan deal with the Tangerines. Dicko impressed Ian Holloway massively on his last loan spell, the Frenchman scored four goals as they reached the play off finals, and now Dicko looks to impress again.
It was a fabulous return to action for the Frenchman last night, as he came of the bench and scored the equalizing goal as Blackpool beat Leeds United 2-1. Last time around in his half season loan, Nouha scored four goals in his 16 games, so to already get off to a goal scoring start is fantastic.
I don't know if any of you saw Dicko play last season for Blackpool. When I watched him he looked very much like Victor Moses did at Championship level. Strong with pace to burn, that of course is the signs for a promising talent. Yet it is the experience that Dicko now needs to learn how to use his pace.
He looked at times last season to want to do too much, and then at times he would try too little. It is just a matter of learning what to do bit by bit, and being at a very attack minded Blackpool can only be a great move for the young man.
