Confirmed Signing: Marc Albrighton Makes Loan Switch to Latics

Since every single deal Wigan managed to shape over the last week of the transfer window fell through, all the permanent ones that is; we have sort of been in limbo. The club has desperately needed more attacking players, and well Owen Coyle may have found a player who could light up the DW Stadium.

Alex Livesey

If you are ever a big player of FIFA then this lad is always quite special on there. Marc Albrighton has always been a player that many felt would rise to the top of the game with his pace and strength on the ball he looked very much like an old fashion winger.

The player who made such big waves a couple of season back for both club (Aston Villa) and country at under-21 level, as struggled for the past two years with injury after injury. So at the tender age of just 23, the right winger is now looking to get his whole career back on track with a 28-day loan here at Wigan.

Talented player most certainty, and he can easily compete at this level. Where the question marks will lie is over first his confidence and secondly over his fitness levels. Marc has yet to make an appearance this season for Aston Villa, but he has signed in time so that he could feature tonight against Queen's Park Rangers.

What a debut that could be.
