The FA have announced who get what in the tickets for the FA Cup Semi Finals this season. Surprise, surprise as Wigan get a reduced number of tickets for the game. After last season's turn out for the semi-final and final; the FA have taken the decision to limit our number of tickets.
Latics will have a grand total of 22,807 tickets (we will be in the East Stand same as last year), while Arsenal will have over 20,000 at 42,882 tickets for the game. Means we will have to double our noise load boys and girls! But unlike Arsenal fans we now what to do at Wembley. That could be a harsh dig!
The good news for both sets of fans though is that the prices yet again have been frozen and the cheapest tickets will not peak above £60, with the lowest being £30. Which I do think are very reasonable prices for the game, I have a feeling that this time round Wigan will not have a problem selling out our allocation for the game.
The chance to play again at Wembley as cup holder in the FA Cup, not many teams have ever done that feat. Plus the chance to beat Arsenal and stop them winning a trophy for a 10th year, quiet a tempting game to go and watch.
Tickets for Wigan fans will go on sale from Sunday 24th for season tickets holders. It is going to be queuing in the cold again though as no telephone or online orders will be taken for the fixture. Tickets will also be on sale by the club for coach travel to the game, prices at £35 per person.
Make sure you get your tickets!
