Two pieces of news in the past 24 hours which could be classes as good news for the club. Although with our chances of survival all but zero, question has to be asked is there much to celebrate.

First off Jason Pearce will not serve a suspension. The defender who saw red at Millwall with an incident involving Ed Upson, the payer saw red with 12 minutes left to go as referee Steve Martin tried to keep a lid on a feisty affair. Instead he was getting it all wrong.

The defender will now be able to play against Brighton tomorrow and will be available for the rest of the season, pending another red card.

In other news Norwich City loanee Josh Murphy as extended his deal with the club till the end of the season allowing him to play out the final three game. Whilst in normal circumstances this would probably have been a good idea, but with our chances of survival slipping away maybe we should be looking to try out some of our own young talent.
